Nicely furnished room and generous sized, with a lounge and a hair dryer. Magnificent perfect location, to an excellent restaurant. Very close to tourist attractions, Lane Head farm and Penrith & Keswick.

I didn't want to leave and would go back in flash. It had all needed for overnight stay in Troutbeck. The staff was excellent & outstandingly accommodating. The location was lovely and beautiful, close to hiking, Keswick and other Lakes destinations and the valley, in a great quiet area. The hotel was away from the main road, as I expected. Really enjoyed the restaurant for evening meals.

Came with my dog, everything was very comfortable. The genuinely helpful staff gave good recommendations. I had fresh fruit, toast, and cereal for breakfast.

Its location in Troutbeck was particularly good, near to Lake District, and Keswick, Derwent water and the surrounding hills. Moreover, the hotel was just a short stroll away from Roman Fort. The room was extremely pleasant and neat and the view to Blencathra mountain was scenic. A lounge and a hair dryer were a nice touch.

Our room was pet-friendly and well-appointed, included coffee/tea making machines, a lounge area, and a hair dryer. The breakfast was delicious with vegetarian sausages and quality local ingredients and finished cereal, very amiable and outstandingly accommodating staff.

The place was clean with outstandingly accommodating and welcoming staff members. I had good sized room with a larger bed. The property's location was stunning and magnificent, by far the finest area of the Lake District.

This was a peaceful location near the Lakes, Keswick and areas to visit. Btw, we admired Roman Fort, based a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The food for breakfast was delightful, we got fresh fruit, toast, and cereals.

The twin room overlooks street and includes an electric kettle and glassware. It is neat and a bath is provided. I enjoyed the staff, they are welcoming.
