I didn't want to leave and would go back in flash. It had all needed for overnight stay in Troutbeck. The staff was excellent & outstandingly accommodating. The location was lovely and beautiful, close to hiking, Keswick and other Lakes destinations and the valley, in a great quiet area. The hotel was away from the main road, as I expected. Really enjoyed the restaurant for evening meals.

Everything was very good, the parking was on-site, the room was pet-friendly. The breakfast had a wide range of options and included fresh fruit, toast, and cereals. Stunning remote location near both ullswater and Keswick, areas in the Lake District and many other lakes. The hotel was away from the main road.

Its location in Troutbeck was particularly good, near to Lake District, and Keswick, Derwent water and the surrounding hills. Moreover, the hotel was just a short stroll away from Roman Fort. The room was extremely pleasant and neat and the view to Blencathra mountain was scenic. A lounge and a hair dryer were a nice touch.
